IT User Support Technician (Linux)
UK (Hybrid/Remote)
Experience: 3-5 years in user and system support
Key Responsibilities:-
- Support user via email and ticketing system.
- Manage user accounts, password resets and access.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot user’s problems.
- Install, configure, and upgrade systems and applications.
- Find solutions using user guides, manuals, and internal knowledge bases.
- Log support tickets, detailing issues, actions taken, and outcomes.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to specialized IT teams or field engineers.
- Maintain and update online knowledge bases and self-help documents.

Business Analyst

- Analysing business requirements, evaluating system processes, and supporting the design and implementation of IT solutions.
