IT User Support Technician (Linux)

UK (Hybrid/Remote)

Experience: 3-5 years in user and system support
Key Responsibilities:-

Support user via email and ticketing system.
Manage user accounts, password resets and access.
Diagnose and troubleshoot user’s problems.
Install, configure, and upgrade systems and applications.
Find solutions using user guides, manuals, and internal knowledge bases.
Log support tickets, detailing issues, actions taken, and outcomes.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to specialized IT teams or field engineers.
Maintain and update online knowledge bases and self-help documents.

Motion Graphics Designer
Location: UK (Hybrid/Remote)

Experience: 3-5 years in motion graphics, 3D animation, or VFX. Skills Required:
Technical: Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D/Blender/Maya, compositing, and video editing. Soft: Creativity, collaboration, attention to detail, and time management. Desirable: Experience with Unreal Engine/Unity, motion capture, and basic sound design.
